Terms of Service
I have the right to refuse any commission without explanation.Prices and TOS are subject to change at any time.
All payments will be taken in USD.
Payment will be taken upfront.
Payment must be paid within 24 hours unless discussed otherwise.
Payments will only be done through Goods & Services.
All payments are final, with no refunds.All characters I create belong to their respective owners.
The commissioner can display the piece(s) they commission.
The commissioner may not use my artwork for profit unless you have purchased the licensing.
You may not sell my art at a higher cost than the original purchase.
I hold the copyrights to my art.
A sketch will be sent for approval and edits, after only 2-3 revisions can be made after additional charges will occur.
Artwork is not allowed to be edited in any way.Rush orders are allowed if requested.
After 48 hours of no reply to sketches, pieces will be completed as discussed before.Pieces will take time to complete. I am more than willing to keep you updated, upon request.By commissioning me in any way, you are agreeing to the above statements.
